M\u1ef9 c\u1ea7n \u0111\u1ed1i tr\u1ecdng \u0111\u1ecba ch\u00ednh tr\u1ecb t\u1ea1i \u0110\u00f4ng Nam \u00c1<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" data-block-type=\"core\">Trong b\u1ed1i c\u1ea3nh Trung Qu\u1ed1c gia t\u0103ng \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng m\u1ea1nh m\u1ebd trong khu v\u1ef1c, Hoa K\u1ef3 c\u1ea7n m\u1ed9t <strong>\u0111\u1ed1i t\u00e1c chi\u1ebfn l\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u1ed9c l\u1eadp, \u0111\u00e1ng tin c\u1eady<\/strong> t\u1ea1i \u0110\u00f4ng Nam \u00c1.
